Power supply problem — the socket, plug, voltage or fuse has failed. Check the electrical network .

Possible causes — the lever is open, the water tank is empty, the used capsule has not been removed, unrecognized capsule, electronic error, blocked brewing mechanism or descaling required . You can find out the exact cause through the Nespresso app.

General software error — confirm the error message with the "X" button. Coffee preparation should be possible. If the error persists, service is required .

Needle clogged / capsule container full — needles are clogged with coffee grounds, capsule container is full or there is an airlock in the machine . Empty the capsule container, clean the needles, run the Lungo mode to remove air.

Capsule stuck / capsule container full — when the used capsule container is full or the capsule is not positioned correctly, the lever does not close completely . Empty the container, check that the capsule is positioned correctly.

Alarm signal / error — the machine turns off automatically. Internal electronic failure, overheating or other critical error . Machine repair is required.

Scale level too high — orange light on or flashing. The machine requires the descaling process. If the process is performed incorrectly, the machine may lock up .

Capsule not pierced / no capsule — capsule is not positioned correctly, capsule is damaged or needles are clogged . Check the correct positioning of the capsule, clean the needles.

Milk system dirty / unsuitable type of milk — use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk (refrigerator temperature, about 4°C). Rinse the milk system after each preparation .

Overheating protection — all coffee and milk buttons flash alternately. Wait for the machine to cool down. After draining, the device is blocked for about 10 minutes .
